Music and Dancing brings Joy to People, its a resource they can utilize to escape the stresses that life can bring. As a Cancer Survivor, group fitness and dance is a way I can give back and help others stay healthy. My mission is to help others achieve and overcome whatever obsticles life may bring!
I Love sharing my love of fitness and dance. My heart and soul sings out in every class I teach. I invite all opportunites that God puts before me, helping others thru dance fundraisers, events and volunteering.
